The Code of Conduct is legislation set out to regulate the conduct of Registered Migration Agents in Australia. The Migration Agents Authority is responsible for administering the Code. The code aims to establish a proper standard that sets out the obligations of registered migration agents to their clients, the employee of the agent, and the Commonwealth and its agencies.
